NEWSPDR MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT
1 - Parties and Definitions

BUYER |
The member who purchases the goods and/or services offered for sale by using the Services provided by the seller on the Site. |

NEWSPDR that facilitates the connection between the buyer and the seller. |

MEMBER |
A real or legal person who becomes a member of the Site and benefits from the Services offered on the Site within the conditions specified in this agreement (Buyers, sellers).

www.newspdr.com A person who visits the website either by shopping or without shopping.

CONFIRMATION PROCEDURE |
The process required for the user to activate their membership by sending a message from the www.newspdr.com site as specified in the membership form.

a. This membership agreement has been mutually accepted and entered into force when the "Member" electronically approves it while registering on the www.newspdr.com website (hereinafter referred to as the "Site").
b. The user agrees, declares, and undertakes that they have read, fully understood, and approved all provisions of the Membership Agreement by providing electronic approval during the registration process.
c. The Intermediary Service Provider only provides an electronic commerce platform through the Site to enable the sale subject to this Agreement and does not carry out the sale or delivery of the Product, nor does it offer any guarantees or commitments regarding the Product to the Buyer.
d .www.newspdr.com is referred to as the “INTERMEDIARY” in this Agreement, which operates the activities of the website.
e. The Site is an online platform where various services and content are provided by sellers and buyers through membership within the framework determined by www.newspdr.com.
f. Only registered buyers and sellers can benefit from the services provided on the Site, as specified in this agreement. Buyers and sellers are also subject to the rights and obligations of members.
g. Terms of Use and Membership Agreement: This Agreement is an electronic agreement between real or legal persons who benefit from the services offered by the Site for intermediary activities.
2 - Subject and Scope of the Agreement
i. The subject of the Membership Agreement is the determination of the services provided on the Site, the conditions for benefiting from these services, and the rights and obligations of the parties.
